This involves system that emphasizes on supply of high-quality goods according to buyers’ specifications and on time. With trade security, purchase, shipping and disputes are handled.

What Trade Security Covers & How To Use It

Trade security applies when you place an order online with a supplier with Trade security.

Step 1: Order with a supplier with Trade Security


  1. When ordering products on blazebay, simply Search for a product or a Supplier, Contact that Supplier through “Contact supplier” button.
  2. You can negotiate product prices with that Supplier. After submitting your details, the supplier will send you a quote including shipping cost of the courier service who will deliver your shipment on time.
  3. Enter the supplier's email to confirm the supplier account, then Upload the Quote/contract agreed upon with the supplier on the trade security form.
  4. Enter the shipping terms including your address as a buyer and the initial amount(payment to be made) and conclude with by entering the shipping date and select from the drop down at what payment(either initial or full payment) will the supplier ship your goods as agreed upon.
  5. Step 2: Payments


  6. Then proceed to make payments to the supplier’s Standard Chartered Bank account designated by Blazebay ltd for Trade security.
  7. Leave a comment or review at the end of the form before submitting your order.
  8. Once an order has been placed, you will receive a notification through your email and through your blazebay account detailing your order and shipment.
  9. Standard bank will send a notification to the supplier notifying them that payment has been done. The supplier will begin to process your order for shipping according to the agreement.
  10. Step 3: Receive shipment and feedback


  11. You are required to check and confirm your products once your receive them. If they conform to your requirement and are in good condition, leave a comment/review on the supplier review form.
  12. You are free to report any disputes by accessing the dispute process. For instance if the shipping time or product quality does not meet the required standards set in your contract, you may apply for an exchange of the product or a refund.

Guaranteed Payment Refunds

  1. Log in to Blazebay and go to your Orders list tab. Tap or click on "Return" to create a request
  2. Depending on the kind of product you wish to return, your return request may have to undergo a verification process.
  3. Following verification, you will be required to confirm your decision based on the category of product ordered.
  4. Three options are available:
    Exchange: Your order will be exchanged for a new identical product of a different size or color
    Replace: The product in your order will be replaced with an identical product in case it is damaged (broken or spoiled) or defective (has a functional problem that causes it not to work) or is not as described.
    Refund: If the product of your choice is unavailable in your preferred size or color or model, or if it is out of stock, you may decide that you want your money back. In this scenario, you may choose Refund to have your money returned to you (See Step 6)
  5. Keep ready all the requisite items necessary for a smooth returns process — including invoice, original packaging, price tags, freebies, accessories, etc.
  6. Pickup and Delivery of your order will be scheduled in case of exchanges and replacements.
  7. Refund will be initiated and processed if applicable.
